The team at Jacaranda Advisory has extensive history delivering in depth feasibility studies (market/and or financial) for new venues and existing venues undergoing major expansion and refurbishment.
Our feasibilities detail the Primary Market Catchment Area (PMCA) of a proposed location, which forms the base for all locational, statistical, competitor and tourism facets of a new venue.
